I am told my device is no longer supported.

I bought a year of map 4 Sept 2017 - am now told my device '750 go live' is no longer supported. How can I get my money back? Alternatively can I add it to my mobile account for 'GO' on Android.

    The device will continue to get maps till the subscription runs out.

    I had thought a new map was available but that now seems to have disappeared, maybe I was mistaken. I have until September 2018 so I should get at least 2, even 3 more map updates. By then I can save for a new device if I chose to go that way!
