TomTom Touch black screen forever

My TomTom Touch screen remains black. There is no support to fix this properly. Just wipe the screen and the button with a little water is no solution, as mentioned in the manual. What kind of odd problem is this? I cannot use my watch. And no support on 020-8501007.

    Have you tried resetting your activity tracker? I couldn't find any information about your tracker since it is not linked to your email address. I would advise you to make a reset on your TomTom Touch and see it improves the situation.

    If the reset doesn't help, please get in touch with the customer support to sort this out. You can click on the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of this page to Phone/Email them.
