Spark Strap Replacement

Has anyone else had the same issues as below?

I have had the Spark Watch for about 18 months and the watch is great, The straps on the other hand are useless. I am up to my 4th strap (Well I would be if I ever get it) as The last one snapped in Nov last year and I have been told 3 times now, that it is 2 weeks away. The first time was on the 28th November, that second time was the 18th January and the third time was today.

Is the customer service getting worse or is it standard to just tell people what they think they want to hear?
