On the 20th October 2017 I paid for a 12 month map update service. I had an email in January 2018 saying that my Tomtom 20 was now to old to receive anymore map updates. I have been trying to find out how to email them to ask if I am entitled to a refund seeing as I will not be receiving the updates I have paid for, but when I go through the 'contact' procedure it just shows a message saying that there is no more support via phone or email for my product. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Tomtom via email. Thanks
