tom tom start lifetime maps

I have a tomtom start serial no starting with bk. will I not be able to download lifetime maps anymore.

    Lifetime maps are supposed to be honoured by Tomtom. Call support to confirm BUT do not respond with a model when prompted. A live agent should come on line.
