Go Live 1535 won't power down after latest update

Since I installed the latest Maps update via My Drive Connect my 1535 won't power down when I turn off car. It restarts itself and goes to the I Agree screen and sits there.
Also after startup and selecting destination the unit will re-start during trip, require I Agree to be selected and then go back to route /destination screen. I don't have access to my Mac or a Windows computer. We are on holiday. Any suggestions ? I have done several power resets and restore to factory default but issue persists.

    Try this:

    Settings-->Start-up-->click 'next' at bottom right of screen that appears-->click 'No' on next screen.
