I have a TomTom Adventurer sports watch and i have been using it for 6 months now. I did not connect it to mysports app before. I have now connected the watch to Mysports account (on app) and want to see my activity for the last 6 months, but it doesn't show anything? Why is that so?

It did not give a storage full error or anything.
I first time connected my watch to my mysports account on the 5th Feb, 2018 and now it is showing me my activity for 6th and 7th. So is it necessary to "connect" it to a user account for it to show the activity? I thought it would connect the activity to the user account whenever i sync or login in using my user account and pair.

I have a TomTom adventurer watch which i am using for 6 months (wear it everyday - so it counts the steps, and occasionlly also used it for cycling and running). on 5th February, i connected my watch to TomTom Mysports connect and to the MySports App.
It did a sync, but i still don't see any data for the last 6 months. It shows an empty Activity page.
Any idea why?
