No maps found

None of these solutions have worked. My mother had a perfectly functioning GPS but asked me to update it and now it has no maps and won't update.
I've wasted over 6 hours on this and wouldn't recommend a TomTom to anyone!

    At the bottom of this screen on the left side is a Section called 'Support'. One link under there is 'Contact Us'. Use it if needed.
