go live 820 LIVE Services subscription

I have a go live 820 for which I paid to update yet it is on the list of devices no longer to be updated. every time I try the contact tomtom sequence I just keep getting directed to the same spot. any one any ideas ?

    Call again but do not respond with a model number when prompted and a live agent will come on line.
