The last software has keyborad problem for TomTom VIA1535 TM

After I update the latest software and MAP, the TomTom VIA1535 TM has keyboard issue when I want to find the address.
It's very annoying. For example, if I type "a", the "b" always come out. Sometime the keyboard is very insensitive.
Please fix it ASAP.

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

    Thanks for the response from "dan" . I have tried resetting many time by holding the power button about 20 seconds till hearing the drum sounds. It does not help at all.
    I believe this is a firmware bug---the keyboard does not match the actual position of the letter.
