Sync Issues with TomTom Touch
I pruchased the device 4 days ago and have had endless sync issues. I had to forget / resync it 3 times now, anyone have some advice? I use a Samsung S4 (getting a new phone soon) and running the latest software updates. Software on phone reports I should make sure the device is in range although it reports connected in the notification area.

I would advise you to contact our customer support to report this behaviour with the Sports App. At first, can you please perform a factory reset on your activity tracker and see if this improves the situation.
