i sent off my runner 3 watch off for repair over a week ago via ups, I have had no update. I have sent 3 messages and heard nothing, I am having no luck on phone either. Could someone please advise me how long the repair/exchange will take? Is there a complaints email or someone I can speak to?

    This is a user forum, you need to call Customer Support directly to get questions answered. It generally takes at least 7-10 working days from when they receive it to ship out a new one (plus the time it takes to ship). Have you tracked it with UPS to make sure they got it?

    To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
