Hi,

I would like to know what it means gray Heart rate when I'm running :) When I look at Heart rate it's very often only white digits, but sometimes It was like gray color. What it means ?

greetings from Poland :)

That means it has temporarily lose signal strength. It will turn white again when it locks onto a strong signal. I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

It is more likely you are not wearing it properly. Make sure it is strapped on tight about an inch above the wrist bone (higher and tighter than a normal watch). It should not be so tight that it cuts off circulation but it should not move around either.

If it continues you can call Customer Support who can analyze it further. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
