I can't connect my Runner 3 with my Samsung A3

When I try to connect my 2 devices the app on the phone is stucked in:

connection in progress
wait

The phone might be compatible with the watch.
What is the problem?

    Superusers
    You can only connect one device to the app, so the second will not connect unless you remove the first completely.
