Go 6200 Male Voice? 'Malcolm'

I just received my first ever TomTom today - a Go 6200. During setup was informed that there was no English computer voice installed. By telephoning customer services, I was able to get "Serena" added to my account. After experimenting with some of the settings, I am unable to find an English male computer voice.

Is one available? If so, how can I get this?

    Male computer voice 'Malcolm' added to your account.You should be able to download it when the device is connected to a WiFi internet connection

    Hi. I'd really like to have a male UK voice on my new TomTom GO 6200 as well. I've just upgraded from a GO730 and spent about an hour trying to get hold of a new voice before finding this message.

    No female French computer voices available at this point for the GO WiFi 6200.

    The only French computer voice compatible we have is-'Thomas'. Sorry..:disappointed:

    Hi Chris,

    I can see that the Malcolm voice is already assigned to your account. You can download it on your device via WiFi internet connection.

    It doesn't show up in Voices and nothing more is showing up in Updates & New Items after having updated maps and map shares. Is there something else I need to do?

    Malcolm and Serena both computer voices added. When the device is connected to a WiFi internet connection they will be offered for download.
