Trouble finding my TOMTOM VIA1510M to register

I just bought a TomTomVIA 1510M and cannot register it because I cannot find it in the list of available products in VIA list. Please help. I am on a PC without bluetooth capabilty, I use windows 10 on Chrome. The TOMTOM is set for USA....

You need to use MyDrive Connect (MDC) to update the device, get MDC from here https://us.support.tomtom.com/app/product_select/locale/en_US
