Hi i bought the tom tom bike speed and cadence sensor for my mountain bike to use with my runnner 3 however the gap between the speed sensor and wheel magnet isnt close enough so i have to tilt the sensor into the wheel a bit. Any ideas?

You will have to tilt the sensor into the wheel a bit, it requires a very close connection in order to read the magnet. This is true of all pedal and spoke sensors (hub sensors work differently). Mine tilts inward and I have never had any problems with t, just make sure it is on very tight so it doesn't slip off.
