REALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SUPPORT FROM TOMTOM

My runner 3 worked for 2 days. I contacted TOMTOM support. Every reply takes 3 days. An issued that should have been dealt with in 2 days has now been going on for 2 weeks! Getting nowhere.
I am in Mozambique - not easy to sort logistics but am making an effort. UPS service TOMTOM uses also a joke. Asked a friend to take watch to Lisbon, but now cannot get a pick-up from UPS - need to deliver it in the airport - huge favor to ask a friend!!

Bottom line, I do not have the watch that I paid for. Have been trying to go through hoops to sort this out, but am getting zero real help from TOMTOM. Client support really really bad. Am not happy with this AT ALL!

Where and how can I make a formal complaint?

    I have sent a heads up to the customer service about your case.

    I see they did reply to you on 26 Jan, after the weekend holiday your case should be picked up today.

    I'll ask them to handle this on a priority.

    Another 24h have gone by and again I am yet to receive any info on how to deal with my problem - or if there is a solution! at all.
    Please advise!
