Obtains the following error message. There appears to be a problem with your navigation device. If the problem continues, please contact Tom Tom Customer Support - Error Code 107

And when trying to contact TomTom support I get the message that TomTom don't support this GPS anymore

I try this forum and hope that some of you can tell me how to fix this. I don't understand why TomTom support can't help because as I understand I can still buy this TomTom

Call them back on Monday, but do NOT say which device you have till you are speaking to a rep, then explain that they need to re-activate the SIM card, as long as you have a current 'traffic' subscription
