Update VIA 1500 using MyDrive Connect

I have been waiting for a response
looks like you don't want to answer.
at this moment my TomTom via 1500 is useless.
apparently you have damage the device on update, on purpose.
this is a case of costumer fraud.
I will never by a TOMTOM device again.
