GO 2535 TM WTE- Not able to download new maps- Lifetime maps device

How it is I have a GO 2535 TM WTE device, the maps were supposed to be for free, and I can not update the maps, and on the packaging writes as a bull I quote "LIFETIME TRAFFIC AND MAPS"
