Stolen TomTom Start 20

I have been missing my device for the last few months and I believe it was stolen. This realisation was compounded by the fact that I just received an email detailing a problem I apparently had and detailing my address as a UK address in Yorkshire. I am an Irish citizen so this is obviously a mistake.
Is there any way to shut down the device so that it cannot be used by the people who stole it from me?

The address of the person who stole your device? If so, why not call the cops?
