How do I delete a dumped device from my profile - and stop getting e-mails about its loss of support etc?

    Contact Customer Services to request deletion of your details from their database

    Thank you. All I can get is "This device no longer supported by e-mail or on line". Can see no way through to Customer Service.

    Call again but do NOT mention which device you have/had then you will be passed through to a rep

    Thank you very much. Excellent device. Also thought that I might identify current model as problem then broach deletion of devices as a general point.
