launching support ticket for Spakr 3 with HN serial number

I am probably missing something: when I login to my account and try to log a support ticket, I get asked the product type and the serial number. My Sparc 3 Music has an HN serial number which does not appear in the selection.

How do you launch a service ticket for such a watch?

    I tried to select "Spark" on the contact/support page but there it only offers HO serial numbers ... so I thought it must be something else. But to be honest, I don't remember why I thought it was a Spark 3.
