Change of speed limits report

Sometimes the speed limit has changed. Im keen to report it there&then!
My question is, why do Tom Tom give me the choice of 15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50 etc, in the Uk, our limits aren’t in 5’s. So if the limit has changed from 40 to 30 and I report it, the screen shows me 35 - 40 - 45 (30 is hard to see, on the move)?
