MyDrive Connect doesn't show map to download for Start 25

I have a Start 25, and have used MyDrive Connect to update the software to the latest version.
I purchased a map of UK / Ireland and a voice (Billy Connelly), but these do now show on MyDrive Connect.

The device also has a map of Australia installed. There is 2889MB free.

What can I do to get MDC to recognise the map so that I can download it and transfer it onto the Start 25?

    I should add that I've tried a drum reset (holding the power button for about 20 seconds until the drum sound comes), then connecting to MDC. No luck.
    Both the Start 25 and MDC are running the latest versions on a Windows 10, 64bit PC.

    You did use the same email address to order the map and voice, that you use to log into MDC ?

    If they have not appeared by Monday, contact Customer Services to sort it out.
