Updates notification when driving in a car

When I am in the car my tom tom says due update ,then when try to update at home my drive wont open so deleted it and wont reinstall properly please help

Use the freeware version of Revo Uninstaller to remove MyDriveConnect from your computer. Get it here:

Then get a fresh copy at tomtom.com/getstarted.

Install without the device connected to the computer. Then connect the device. See if things work ok then.
