Start 25-Missing subscription for Lifetime maps

Hi I bought a Start 25 3 years ago and just getting round to updating it. When I bought the item it was with free lifetime maps and says so in bold lettering on the box, yet when I have gone onto the website to update - I have to pay. I feel royally ripped off and wonder if anyone has any advice for me. I seem unable to contact anyone in customer support - or at least I have been unable to find a way.

    What other details are required. I see on amazon they still have the start 25 advertised with free updates.

    I have just experienced the same issue, bought a start 25 especially for the free lifetime maps now when I go to update I cannot find free updates anywhere, feel very cheated and not prepared to be fobbed off, will take it to a watch dog crew if necessary
