Map installation issue on the GO MOBILE iOS

Having loaded my new Go app from the App Store it will not permit me loading the uk map because of memory shortage even though I have created enough space. Can anyone please advise me!

    Welcome to the community:)

    This a known issue which is under investigation.

    I would suggest you try few troubleshooting steps as mentioned below:
    1. In the iPhone settings, go to ‘iCloud’
    2. Go to ‘iCloud Drive’
    3. Scroll to find the specific app and toggle the app to ‘Off’
    4. Now, uninstall the app by ‘Tap and hold’ the app icon till it starts shaking and click the ‘x’ in the top right corner of the icon
    5. Once done please reinstall and test.
    In case the issue will persist then please report this to the customer service so they can keep a track of number of reports.
