Steps not resetting with the new day - Runner 3

Hi

I have a Runner 3. Every so often the step counter is not resetting at the start of a new day. So for example it says I have done 30000 steps "today" but this is actually my accumulative steps for the past 3 days. When I sync with the app it reads the steps correctly as over 3 days but the watch remains incorrect. The watch then suddenly correct itself. Any idea how I can stop this from happening?

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do as I have never heard of that behavior before. But first try a factory reset in case it Is just an issue with the firmware install. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
