Soimetimes I forget to load the battery of my watch. Can I manually add activities so that my track record is still actual?

Unfortunately, there is no way to upload activities not created by the watch and no way to manually add an activity. However, you can start a new activity, immediately stop and save it and then upload it. You can then go into MySports and edit the activity with the correct distance, time, etc.. The date and time of the activity will not be correct but it will get added into your lifetime totals and other stats.

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

Hi, this works, my watch just didnt record my spin class tonight so I clicked onto a run and let the watch run for a min then went in and manually edited the entry to reflect my spin class, happy days !

My TomTom sparkCardio is still counting steps, but the screen face has nothing on it?

Try a factory reset and if that does not help it is likely the display has failed. Since TT does not offer a repair service and that product was discontinued years ago (TT Sports went out of business 4 years ago) it may be time for a new watch. There are plenty of brands out there with better feature sets for less money these days.
