Spark 3 settings

Hi, i am just curious if anyone knows which setting (I currently use Gym for everything) is best and maybe more accurate for activities like weight lifting or Kick boxing classes...etc?

    That is the right mode to use, as that is what gym mode was designed for, indoor non-GPS enabled activities other than running and cycling. You will get HR and calories based on HR (versus METs in the other modes). Be aware that you may want to use a chest strap rather than the wrist HR for weightlifting and kick boxing to get amore accurate reading. In weight lifting you are constantly flexing and compression your forearms, cutting off the circulation to the wrist so you will get low readings,. In kick boxing the constant jarring motion will keep jarring the watch, also giving inaccurate readings.
