Hi ..I see the posts from a year ago regarding contacts taking ages to transfer then being lost every time you switch the unit off..a year on and the problem still exists.... what's occuring TomTom...

    I’m afraid that TT has made all the ‘right’ decisions to loose customers... IMHO, all the rider 4xx series aren’t ready for the market.

    Definitely they do but it seems they have other priorities (!) or they can’t solve any of the well known problems. Pity... Both sides lose...
