NO connectivity to LIVE services

Been having problems with live traffic not working due to I think a knackered battery (would turn off when not plugged in)which I have changed but not finding any network connection now saying connection disabled?any help please6ab2e4ec-2c59-4055-8af7-ccb3a1cf6460.jpg

    If you have been using your Live device over the past 18 months, your Live Services should be still activated.

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

    If that doesn't help, I'm afraid you'll need support to reactivate the SIM card in your device. Might take 2nd level support to do it.

    Yeah been using it daily and just been today when had my Barrett changed and kelp losing live traffic
