Unable to Pair With Phone even with Rolledback 1.3.255 Firmaware

Hi,

I have rolled back to 1.3.255 because I was unable to pair it to my phone. After Rollback, it is able to pair, but sync was not happening, so I have unpaired it. After I am unable to pair again.

When will this Phone pair and Sync issue will be fixed.

    Did you remove the device from the phone's BT settings menu before attempting to pair again? As to when it will be fixed, it has been 4 months and TT has since left the wearables market and stopped producing new devices, so the answer may very well be never.

    I did that(this used to solve the issue before), it didn't work.

    If you search the forums you will find this is a known issue for many users with the recent updates. They are reportedly working on a fix, but no timeline has been communicated (it has been over three months so I would not hold my breath). In the meanwhile you always have the option of syncing via computer. If you go to this post and ask the moderator to roll back your firmware version it should fix it, although you will lose the Fitness Points and Fit age features:
