Left speaker not working- Spark 3 Cardio

I have just purchased a Spark 3 cardio music and fully charged the watch and headphones. The left ear piece (that takes the usb charge cable) is not working. Should I return this, or is there some setting I can do to reset the headphones?

    There is nothing you can do to fix it, it sounds like a defective headset. Call Customer Support and they can replace it as it is covered under warranty. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
