Watch ordered and paid but not received

I have ordered a watch nearly one week ago, and the payment was confirmed on 4th Jan.
The order in my account is marked as Completed but I have no information about the shipping. I already opened two service tickets: one about a change in my address, and one to inquire information about the status... no reply at all!
Does anyone know how I can get information about the shipping status of an order an how I can get a reply from support?

    This is a user forum so there is no Customer Support her. You need to call them directly (take a direct approach, do not email them). To get the number for Customer Support, click Contact us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account
