How long does it take to get a reply for an online Support Request?!?

Dear All,
I have a Spark 3 Cardio for less than 6 months, and the strap got completely broken, I cannot use my watch anymore. I filed my first support ticket on the 1st of January, at that time the strap was still holding on, in 2 days time however just broke into two. I filled in the "Strap replacement form" on the 1st of January (one week ago), but no response was given yet.1dbe3b74-56d9-4198-8eec-da508da0e0f7.jpg
Many of you said on the forums, its better to ring support over the phone, however, I'm living abroad and cannot really afford to hold the line for 10-20 minutes, when making an overseas call.
Any suggestion how to speed up the process? It is really annoying, that I cannot even use the watch.
