electric bike - Using Spark 3 to measure activity

I cycle two hours a day on an electric bike to work... how to record this? I don't think you can measure your calories with the normal bike modus. Anybody knows?

You can use bike mode but it bases calories on METs which use pace assuming you are doing all the work and are not aided by a motor. If you use Freestyle it will base calories on HR, which will be more accurate.
