Runner 2 wont update to VERSION 1.7.62

The app on my phone keeps telling me to connect my watch to pc to update it. But when i do it says it is up to date and is on version 1.7.53. Can i do an manual update. Thanks
Youi really do not want to. The updates after that were flawed and broke connectivity and caused battery drain issues. They are likely no longer pushing them out but the notification flag is still showing. Just wait until you get prompted for a new one (and check here to make sure it is also not messed up before installing).
