TomTom Sports Connect won't create activity folder on disk

This morning, returning from a run, I connected my TT runner 3 with my PC using USB cable (I have a windows mobile phone and this is the only way).
TomTom Connect Client started syncing as always but it freezes. Accessing webapp on mysports.tomtom.com I can see the activity but:

1) The activity has not been exported to Strava
2) No folder has been created for this activity in C:\Users\{User Name}\TomTom MySports\

If I try to reconnect the device, TomTom Connect Client says me that it is tranferring but it never ends.

What can I do?

    It seems that the Strava link was down for a while today but is back up. It should show up on Strava eventually, as they queue all activities and upload them when the link comes back up. If it does not just export a fit file from MySports and then manually import it into Strava by hitting the + sign in the upper right corner, and clicking Upload Activity, then on the menu on the left choose File and hit the Choose Files button.
