Device not working-Carminat

I tried to update my Navigation Card in my PC as the device asked me to do that. After I tried to do that in my computer but the Card was not recognised. After this operation, is not recognised not even in the car system.

What do you suggest me to do, as the card doesn't work nor in the PC neither in the car Navigation GPS system.

I'll be waiting for your answer as soon as possible, as I regularly use this on my daily routine. Please tell me the solution!!!

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. Unless that model has a dedicated reset hole.
