I have a new unused Golfer SE 2 and wanted to update courses for a trip to Spain very soon.
I followed the instructions but the Tom Tom Sports Connect gave the "Oops, something has gone wrong" message.
All attempts through the FAQ's have failed which then instructed me to perform a Reset of the watch. Once again I tried both a soft reset and Factory Reset but this has not worked either.
My problem now is that my watch screen is frozen with a picture of PC Monitor and watch connected.
What is the solution to my problem?
Expert help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi sussexvet,

I would advise you to get in touch with our customer support as you already tried the factory reset. They can dig in more deeply than we can on the user forum and assist you further.
You can click on the 'Contact us' option at the bottom of this page to Phone/Email them.
