'Inprogress' on a USA Map purchase in australial

I have purchased a USA Map from the store online and the status is 'inprogress' and it does not appear in my updates on TOMTOM MyDRive connect

Very frustrating

How / When will it change status - time is Aus now is 8.10pm and I purchase it 7.00pm so its been about 1 hour of searching and trying to load. Help line in Aus is closed

    What model do you have? It sometimes takes a few hours for Tomtom's pay servers to communicate with their map servers.

    If the map doesn't appear in MyDriveConnect within the next couple of hours you will need to call support:
