I updated device go 520 in October 2017, after that update my device does not hold connection with GPS and get lost on the way. Some time it gets connected but most of the time it keep finding GPS signals. I tried to contact TOMTOM support team but there is no valid email on website. every time i send email, i get response that this email is no more monitored. I am not getting any response from support team at all.
Can some one help me to fix this issue?

Did you install the last Quick GPS fix using TomTom HOME after the update you did in October 2017. I would advise you connect your device to TomTom HOME and check for the latest update, also do a soft reset and then test the device again.
