Customer care button does nothing

Any one tried to contact Customer Care using the Button on there website when I click it nothing happens, does anyone have a contact email for them, having problems getting the PC to recognise the Go 5200 using my drive or TomTom Home

    I am having the same problems as well. (And I had this issue two weeks ago as well)

    Scroll to the bottom of this page
    Under the heading 'Support'... Click on 'Contact us'
    Next... Choose a Category (I usually Click on 'Orders and shopping')
    Next... Click on 'Email us' or 'Phone us'
    Follow on screen instructions to continue/exit

    That’s exactly what we are doing but I am unable to click on the category section (none of them are working/clicking).

    Hi pgv

    Which browser are you using? I tried the same using Google Chrome and I am able to select the categories listed there.

    Could you also try clearing the browser history and cache, see if it works?
