Upload issues with Music to TomTom Spark

I have the Tom Tom Spark 16 months. Recently my music files have been deleted from my watch without any explanation and when I try to reinstall the music files I receive the message to connect with Tom Tom Customer Service? Has some experienced this as well? I use a Microsoft laptop with windows media player software.

    Did you connect with TT Customer Service as recommended or are you just going to ignore the instructions you were given and hope someone has a workaround?
