Crash TomTom Sports Connect 3.3.6

TomTom Sports Connect keeps crashing after I connect my TomTom Adventurer. I already did a rest to factory settings. But that didn't work.

How can I solve this problem.

    I have the same problem. It crashes when the watch is searching for playlists. I already did a reset. I attached a crash3ef3976c-2c3f-40b3-ac87-41fce133581d.png2c2a5ccd-5f86-4a59-b445-062fda34de96.pngreport and did already sent many reports.

    Thank you for flagging this one!

    I would advise you to please get in touch with our customer support who can dig in more deeply than we can on the user forum. We've not seen any reports like this with the version 3.3.6 of Sports Connect.

    You can click on 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of this page to Phone/Email them.

    Found the problem. Probably had to do with the standard webbrowser. I use Mozilla Firefox and changed it to Microsoft Edge. Now it's working fine.
