Can’t complete setup on app

Got a new Runner3, downloaded tom tom sports app to phone to complete setup. App recognizes watch and has updated quick gps fix etc, I have also set up new tomtom account and run through each page to update. However, no matter what I do watch keeps on the sign in screen with the Bluetooth sign and says ‘complete setup on app’.

What do do I need to do to complete set up?

    I would plug it into your computer and complete the registration there, ti is much easier and less problematic. Download the software from first and you will be ready to go.
