Today made 60 kms of cycling and 1 km of swimming. Showing zero in both cases.

Hi All,
I have a brand new Spark 3. Today I did 60 kms of cycling but it was showing zero kms within 2.5 hours. Then again did 1 km of swimming within 45 minutes. Again it is showing zero kms. Don't know how to solve it. It is showing the time spent without my performance.

    You may want to call Customer Support to ask them about it, but I would try a factory reset first in case it is just an issue in your firmware install. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.

    To get the number for Customer Support, go to, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    It happened to me yesterday with the cycling function. There must be a problem with the last firmware update(1.7.62), since last week did work well. It seems a problem with the unit of measurement representation. the distance shows 19,281,633.3 km !!!! All the rest works fine.

    Sorry to hear about your experience!

    As tfarabaugh mentioned, this might be an issue with the firmware version installed. I'll report this to the team and in the meanwhile, I'll revert the firmware versions for your watch to 1.7.60.

    @Roy Sans I've already replied you on the other discussion thread here:

    @silviops Please connect your watch and perform a factory reset, the software 1.7.60 will be offered in Sports Connect.

    Please note that the battery life of the watch will be impacted if you use the phone notifications feature with this version.
